Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClickLeague (the “Service”), available at clickleague.io and operated by Quentin Gorak (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ClickLeague is a public leaderboard that ranks websites by their organic search traffic, verified through Google Search Console. The Service displays metrics such as clicks, impressions and an estimated traffic value, and lets users optionally list their sites for sale. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts and Google sign-in

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for sites and Google Search Console properties you are authorized to manage. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Google Search Console authorization

When you add a site, you grant us read-only access to the Google Search Console performance data of the properties you select, through Google's official OAuth authorization flow. We access only Search Console performance metrics (clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position). We do not access your Google password, email or any data outside Search Console. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google account security settings; doing so stops future data syncs.

4. Public display and visibility

By adding a site you choose its visibility level: public or anonymous. Sites and the metrics derived from them are displayed publicly on the leaderboard and may be indexed by search engines and shared by third parties; anonymous sites are shown under a label instead of their real domain. You are responsible for the visibility level you select and can change it at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: connect properties you are not authorized to manage; attempt to inflate, falsify or manipulate metrics; access the Service through automated means in a way that disrupts it; reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure; or use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, branding and aggregated presentation of data, belongs to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the websites and data you connect; you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and display that data as needed to operate the Service in accordance with your chosen visibility settings.

7. Marketplace and listings

Users may list sites for sale and contact one another through the Service. ClickLeague merely facilitates introductions: we are not a broker, escrow agent or party to any transaction between users. We make no representation as to the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any buyer or seller. Any sale, negotiation or transfer is solely between the users involved, at their own risk.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Metrics such as traffic value are estimates and may be inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any data displayed is complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your sites and revoking our access to your Google account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
